Destroying Civil Rights and Protecting a Drug Pusher: There's something wrong with this picture!

Did the Palm Springs Police Department make a deal with the devil aka Barbara Frey?

Word on the street and those, "in the know" is that Barbara Frey, without the endorsement of any law enforcement agency set up a very invasive and illegal neural network in the Coachella Valley.

While the Palm Springs Police Department as a whole did not want to use the information gained from illegally chipped and raped victims certain officers at the PSPD decided that it was okay to use the information anyway. Was it for personal profit? Was it for increased arrest records? Was it so that Barbara Frey could make clandestine contributions to police charities while her son was allowed to sell drugs and allegedly rape whomever he wanted without fear of being prosecuted? I was once assured by a high ranking officer from this department that they would NEVER use one drug dealer to turn in another.

Funny, it was only after Steven Frey moved away from his 1/4 mile home near the PSPD that he was arrested within one month of his move. Countless tips were given. Undercover informants were used. Private information about his supplier was given a YEAR prior to his arrest...BUT AS SOON AS HE MOVED TO ANOTHER JURISDICTION...BOOM HE GETS ARRESTED? Hmmmm.

Likewise it is interesting that Sheree Frey...aka Lisa...still lives less than one block from the PSPD headquarters with tons of stolen goods, lots of meth, and all of the equipment that is used to electronically harass the victims without being scathed.

Do you think this is a coincidence? HELL NO....it is paid for justice while the victims are tortured.

Word further on the street says that Lisa's police connection is Lieutenant Al Franz...her favorite arresting officer is Rae "Gay Hater" Fernandez....and a few others...usually rookies in training that look more perplexed than confident when Rae shows up and arrests someone Lisa doesn't like (usually someone that doesn't want to sleep with her brother) with the most illegal tips imaginable.

All convictions gained with a tip from Sheree Frey a.k.a. Lisa or Vicky Rabb a.k.a. Leah F. are fruit of the poisoned vine and should be overturned...I'm thinking a check of Sheree Frey's cellphone to Al "Nobody's Pal" Franz cell or Rae "I hate every gay" Fernandez might show a connection.

I would like to remind these officers that all of us are RAPE VICTIMS!

None of the victims volunteered to do this for LISA.

NOT all victims are drug dealers or addicts.

Lisa (Sheree Frey) is ONE OF THE WORST DRUG PUSHER/DEALERS IN THE VALLEY

Lisa has more stolen good in her brother's homes and storage than anybody you've ever arrested

Most of the victims are now infected with a life ending disease and not because they weren't careful (it's impossible to protect yourself when you are knocked out).

AND

All you have to do is listen to any one of her operators (Lisa is NOT the only person who communicates with the victims) to know that she is an extortionist, masochistic, drug addicted, schizophrenic mess. Don't let her Shirley Temple routine fool you.

Ask her how she makes her money?

Ask her if her daughter goes to school?

Ask her if you can see her computer?

Ask her how she knows everything about everyone and yet never leaves her home?

Ask her where she was last July through November?

Ask where her mom was during this time?

Ask her if she employs anyone?

then ask her brother...

and YOU are protecting her...who the hell is protecting us?
