Threats, Lies and Intimidation: Think I'm Scared?

Proving that Leah Fauntleroy makes an end run around the law is going to be easy...

I am reminded of the first time I was exposed to this....when Christopher and I were informants for the police department, we set up a buy perfectly as structured...the police balked for absolutely no reason...they just used us.

Junior Johnson and Leah Fauntleroy couldn't have their favorite drug dealer busted before he stocked them up with drugs...so somebody told the cops that we didn't do our job which means one of two things...they watched Christopher and I knowing full well that we were implanted OR that Steven himself was implanted and they watched him...one way or another this information got back to the police...

but then came the set up...the warning to me about doing this...

Junior spoofed a text message from Steven's phone number that said, "U r a deadman" which I had to do something about...I was a fucking informant...the only option was to get a restraining order...so I did...from the restraining order came a warrant for Steven's arrest on this death threat...he had to plead guilty on the promise from Leah Fauntleroy that she could get him out of trouble...she couldn't without implicating her friend...I think the look on Steven's face in the courtroom when I explained to the judge that there was an arrest warrant for him showed volumes...he looked shocked and I don't blame him...he was completely blindsided...Leah Fauntleroy's favorite thing.

Then after Steven stocked the Johnson's up with methamphetamine....Leah no longer had any use for him so she turned him in...this would teach him a lesson and would keep him from finding out about the millions of dollars in mortgage fraud that I'd found for his family...off to jail he went because this was a second offense...the first being the guilty plea to the text message he never sent...

If it worked once...why not try it again...

Since I am a good boy and I have cleared my record...Leah makes another call to a friend at the Larson Injustice Center and has an illegal warrant issued for me without so much as a hearing on a fucking civil case....not even a criminal case!!!!

This way we have the "small crime" to blindside me with so that she can try to bust me for writing what I am writing here now...this is a desperation move and it will cost all involved...there are so many things wrong with this situation.

The next call to the courthouse will result in subpoenas for a lot of people to prove this situation...so I am answering the question above...Hell NO I am not afraid...I have proof...evidence and a whole lot of money backing me now...people don't like spending tax dollars on a homophobic homosexual hell bent on hurting the innocent...they like a champion and they have one in me.

For nine months now, while I have received emails, letters, pictures, obituaries, read articles in online magazines and heard daily about the torment of Jonathan Mendenhall and the pain that he has caused others for his drug addicted habits while thumbing his nose at law enforcement I was struck today with an epiphony that is Jonathan's situation of his own creation.

First of all, Jonathan's family has reason to be very concerned...as I have stated before, he has fraudulently involved them in his death by posting their names in his obituary, although I believe that it was Tracy Johnson behind that entire fiasco! He might have thought that his parents would never find out, but why in the world would you take this risk...and why would a real friend ever suggest such a situation...believe me there is motivation behind both individual's actions that put his family right in the middle of this disaster.

Tracy Johnson wanted a gay drug addict that would never leave her...and a larger than average penis couldn't hurt. Jonathan replaced her last sex slave Kendrick Davis over 9 months ago after many years of him being forced to service her like an old truck...it is a well known fact that Tracy Johnson has ALWAYS looked for a "companion" for her father that would live right next to her that she could feed drugs to and force him not to leave...now she has both...or does she...since we haven't heard from Jonathan in quite some time and his articles have stopped being published online in "Odyssey Magazine" we are wondering...what would Tracy Johnson do to stop him from talking to his parents???

I should tell you now that she has already had me in several situations where I was hit in the face because of her penchant for violence. My friend Brett Simms was held, execution style, at gunpoint, in the office of his home under Tracy's orders, after she drove his boyfriend, Tim to suicide. Steven Frey, Christopher Monti and I were all told about the "Human Slave Cage" that she wanted to throw each of us in to starve us to death in a storage unit she operated out of....so what has happened to Jonathan???

Is he in that storage unit? Is he alive or dead? Her cousin has already taken a shot at me with a handgun that Jonathan, himself has seen...Junior also beat and raped me and Christopher and probably Anthony too....I know he drugged my friend Benji and did the same to him, so even if Tracy is pretending to be his friend, what is she willing to do to keep him from talking to the police or his family???

You should understand that Jonathan is NOT the victim here...he willingly participated with this family to hurt Christopher, Anthony and I, but now he is the person that the Johnson's most fear...should we feel sorry for him? You tell me.

Just like the picture above suggests....Jonathan was given every advantage in life.

Just like being given a perfectly good row boat with sturdy oars...much better than a lot of people had.

His father is a good man and a pastor...so he had God firmly implanted on his side.

His sister is a doctor and by all accounts a fine person of excellent character. She could easily free him from his electronic harassment and help thousands of others whom suffer....

His grandfather was a civic leader and a police chief...a solid family member respected by all in a community that loved him.

...and a mother whom Jonathan adores and loves and has told me about before...whom could provide him with legal help and guidance to assist him.

Clearly he has the row boat, the oars, and the safest ocean upon which to travel...but he is unwilling to row...he won't even pick up the oars...he thinks he deserves a motor boat...or a yacht...and a crew of naked buff men to command it....nobody had an easier charted coarse than Jonathan...but drugs and Tracy Johnson and Junior Johnson dismantled everything his family and God provided.

Is Jonathan inside of that storage unit bearing his name, full of drugs and stolen goods, paid for by the Johnsons or some stolen credit card provided by Junior Johnson? Whether he is or not, he might as well be...his entire life torn apart by a family that would rather shut his mouth and pretend he's dead to a family of ship builders that put together the finest craft the ocean's seen in a lifetime.

So leave Tracy's safe harbour of deceit and lies with a hurricane brewing at her feet....or start rowing Jonathan and hope that the rowboat is still strong enough to get you to land.

Find Jonathan Mendenhall before he sinks into an ocean of despair or worse...a watery grave.

For a brief description of what she does read the following!

1. Sheree Frey is first and foremost a meth user. She is ruthless, heartless and lives in a dream world where you as an individual do not really exist. Think of her as Shirley Temple on methamphetamine. Her public persona, if she ever goes out in public is sweet and innocent. She is a heavy girl with dark brown hair, she has a large ass and a waddle (Ally McBeal fans will recall that a waddle is the fleshy piece of skin underneath the chin and the throat area). She used to be seen at party's with gay men and her brother Steven (damien666 online) are the son and daughter of Allan Frey whom in the 1960's developed microwave hearing known as the "Frey effect".

2. Sheree used to target individuals who would hang out with her brother...Steven didn't like it but Sheree is so obsessed with his life that no matter whom you were she would spend time and money to find out where you lived and map your brainwave activity without being microchipped. She does this by setting up a perimeter around your home and hiring someone to monitor your brain until her computer knows how you think. This is remote neural monitoring and it is like a catscan set up around your own living area. With microwave technology she can see through your walls and into your bedroom...after she has mapped your brain she can literally use your eyes as cameras to go out to other places and basically uses you as a video camera to record activity. If your brain has seen it once she knows what you are looking at. I was once drugged with acid at Steven's home so that when I was knocked out she could rapidly map my brain through subliminal suggestions that she sends to you using the "Frey effect". Her smart computer links directly to your brain using an EMF field...no wires...no implants...no chips...she with her mother Barbara Frey has literally turned the entire town of Palm Springs into one large net of EMF fields that they use by connecting a triangle of cellular phone towers. Once you are connected to the system you can be talked to just like a cellphone.

3. You have no technology inside of you, your brain is the technology...your body is electric and your brain understands things once they have mapped it so she can speak directly to you. In Sheree's case she watches you have sex, where you go, whom you party with, and in a lot of cases whom you buy drugs from. This is key to the scheme. Using you as a camera, Sheree finds out whom you party with and buy drugs from and turns those people into the PSPD to cur favor with people like Lt. Al Franz and others so that they don't have to do any kind of police work other than sit outside of the house that you were at and either arrest you or arrest the people you were buying from. Providing the police with this information keeps her friends and her safe to deal their own drugs at a much inflated price making hers the only game in town. Essentially Sheree Frey wants to be the Scarface of Palm Springs.

4. Sheree puts on a decent act, but if you see her in person you know she is full tweaker...hair falling out, missing teeth, a horrible attitude and mean, mean, mean. She's the girl that hated all the popular kids in school. She's the kid that had sex with anyone that wanted to because nobody loved her. Why her mother and father would trust her with this kind of power is inexplicable.

5. Sheree has a penchant for destroying friendships, relationships, and families. She loves to hurt people. It is what she calls, "playing with people's lives" and with this type of technology it is understandable...nobody wants to believe that they are hearing voices...but you are...she is not god, she is not "working for the PSPD", she is not some charitable organization there to help you...she will steal you blind and leave you bleeding in the street. She'll claim, "my mother won't help you if you don't do something evil for me" usually steal something, hit someone or something else that will land you in jail and will have her laughing with her sick friends while they get high in one of her brother's many homes in the area.

6. Sheree employees people...the ones I know of are Christian Johnson, Christian Torvik, Scott a 66 year old realtor, Kendrick Davis, Barbara Wojzchek whom serves as the go between for Sheree and the PSPD, Web, Nathan, Brandon, and Leah Fountleroy whom sometimes pretends she's Sheree's mom or Sheree herself.

7. Make no mistake microwave torture is deadly...I have had several friends commit suicide because of the above mentioned people. I have had a roommate commit suicide. One really good friend is crazier than a loon because of his constant harassment...and Sheree won't stop until the police department throws her and her friends in jail. Make no mistake again, what she is doing is criminal. Making people believe that they fear for their lives, the lives of their loved ones or their families is just as criminal as doing it in person....she is what I call a mindophile...similar to a pedophile of the mind. She steals your hopes, dreams and aspirations and throws them on a bonfire and leaves you with nothing while she laughs and says she's so powerful. She has a 12 year old daughter that she used to bring to AA meetings and treats her like dirt. Mommy is a stinking drug dealer who likes nothing more than to watch gay men have sex all day. Hell her daughter hasn't been in school in two years and hasn't been outside all summer long. She's a worthless human being...

8. Her brother Steven Frey is a question mark for me. We were once best friends, but his sister wouldn't have that. She told him the most horrid lies about me until he completely turned against me which was his biggest mistake. Steven for some reason keeps silent about this technology that he absolutely knows exists...even when I confronted him about it he kept silent while his sister ruined his life. Now he has been popped for drug sales and his sister could care less...just another body on the woodpile for Sheree Frey...she used him like a drug dealer just like John O'Brien and James Conneley and when she was done with them she turned them into the police just for kicks. They both ended up doing time in jail...and so will Steven...when will Sheree get her turn? Soon if Steven is smart...he could turn this whole situation around for himself by telling me the truth so that I can ruin his sister! AND I would!!!

9. Read my blog for tips on how to protect yourself...trust absolutely nobody at the Palm Springs Police Department...I have the feds looking into everything that they have done for the Freys anyways...stay off the streets...stay away from strangers online...and be careful until I bring this all to a screeching hault for Sheree Frey and her band of merry marauders.

If you know "Lisa" or have "heard voices" you need to know one thing...YOU ARE NOT CRAZY AND YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

1. "LISA" is Sheree Frey she also goes by "Victoria" "Carmen" and a few other names when she is broadcasting to your head.

2. What you are experiencing is not a psychoses it is a scientific type of microwave weaponry developed by Sheree Frey's father Allan Frey (who now goes by the name Don Frey") called "...the Frey effect"...you can Google this and find out that it is microwave energy directed at your skull that allows you to hear voices in your audio cortex and not through your ears.

Its like when you read a book and you hear your own voice reading the words...you are not hearing that through your ears, you are hearing that with your brain...or your mind. Sheree and her family's employees literally are beaming microwaves with their own voices to your skull so you hear them.

This mimics schizophrenia, but it is not. Sheree Frey counts on this phenomenon to keep you silent and from reporting it...If you are silent about it you are playing into her trap!

Because of my efforts and the reports of others, the local FBI is investigating and is aware of this microwave torture! Call them immediately at (760)320-0800 and tell them that you are hearing voices too...statistics will bring us relief and help.

3. Is this dangerous to your health. YES it is. Increased microwave levels can cause birth defects, skin cancer, brain cancer, and damage to the blood/brain barrier. In the elderly it can cause heart damage. You'll recall the debate about cell phones and cancer...same thing. It can also destroy your white blood cell count...and in the gay HIV positive community this can be a horrendous problem...I myself am positive but virus free, but have experienced a 300+ drop in my white blood cell count because of my constant surveillance.

Here's the saddest part. Barbara Frey, Sheree's mother once wrote the quintessential article about the damage this type of technology could cause human being but now she is the one financially supporting your torture and health problems.

4. Should you be scared? Well yes and no. Yes you should be concerned about your privacy rights...you are literally a walking video camera and microphone for the Frey Family. Everything you see and hear is sent to a computer and given a set of weighted outputs until the operator know what your brain.

Sheree, Steven and their mother made a clandestine agreement with someone at the Palm Springs Police Department (I think it is Al Franz or Bryan Anderson)(there is a list of questionable officers at the PSPD on this blog; I suggest you look at it and see if you have had a run in with them)

The agreement was this: In exchange for the "information" that Sheree Frey provided for the Palm Springs Police Department using you or other Targeted Individuals as her "eyes and ears" she would turn in local drug dealers to keep her own brother's drug dealing safe.

Unfortunately for Sheree and because of myself and my buddy Chris, Steven was busted! I am not a narc for the Police Department, but both Chris and I were drugged with GHB, beaten, raped and infected SO WE DID WHAT WE HAD TO DO TO BUST OUR RAPIST!

Let me be crystal clear on this...Chris and I NEVER sexually assaulted anybody, especially not Steven Frey. We turned him in because the PSPD refused to prosecute him for our rapes! THERE IS A CURRENT INVESTIGATION WITH REGARDS TO MY SEXUAL ASSAULT...AND OTHERS HAVE COMPLAINED OF THE SAME THING WITH REGARDS TO MR. FREY.

You can file stalking charges against Sheree Frey and her family and their employees.

When I tried to warn the community about these two...the Nazi police department went on damage control with Sgt. Spike and told the community that this wasn't happening...BUT MEMBERS OF THE GAY COMMUNITY SAY OTHERWISE...AND THERE ARE A LOT OF US!

Next we have the "Heinrich Himmler" of Palm Springs, good ol Captain Al Franz who miraculously leap frogged over other more qualified and much more senior officers to become Chief Dominguez's right hand man. Good ol Al, I'll call him. The man that takes all of Mal-Lory Les-Fond's illegal tip information and turns them into arrests for his own brand of Nazi cop like Rae Fernandez, Nick Andre, Kelley Fieux, Adrian Cortez and others who will blindly do whatever Good ol Al tells them. The funny thing is that almost all of their arrest come at the expense of the gay community....how many straight men did Rae Fernandez arrest? Or Nick Andre while he sat outside of someone's home waiting to arrest one of my friends for something that one of the operator of this system said was in his pocket. How did Nick know this? Why was he waiting there? Or for that matter why did he stop another friend of mine walking down the street and find something else...he wasn't high....Nick must have ESP!

Interestingly enough ALL OF THESE OFFICERS RECEIVED PROMOTIONS...I guess when you are willing to sell your morals and risk going to jail...busting a few faggots in Warm Sands is a hell of a lot safer that cracking heads with a black man on the North End....and besides...they don't know what that black man is thinking because Christian and Joseph haven't knocked anybody out up there....Rae, Nick, and Kelley, you smell bad and the gay community knows it....you are bad cops with bad attitudes and can look forward to all the bad publicity that the gay community can muster...I hope your implants aren't part of a warrant...

There are good cops in this department and they are embarrassed by what they have been required to do...from what I understand this micro-chipping was made mandatory either by the Chief or by Al Franz...if you didn't consent to it...you got a desk job...but for a good cop even a desk job is better that filling your arrest record up with fruit of the poisoned vine. Those cops that received promotions are about to feel the effects of poisonous fruits....any department that is stupid enough not to recognize that this system is a horrible Civil Rights Violation and goes, not only into the bedrooms of gay men, but into their own homes every single night is blindly falling into ADA Johnson's diabolical plan. Even the cops are being watched...and if they should say something about Al or this system they are penalized much like Bryan Anderson with a sting operation that falls right into his lap. He is a scapegoat for this dirty department and it is a shame...he is senior, he is decorated, he is devoted to his family and he IS a good person!

Another circumstance that the PSPD did not count on was the reputation of the operators of this system in the community. Even I knew about this crime family long before I started researching them. Their horrible reputation preceded them. ADA Johnsons family has informed the worst drug users in the valley about this system and they are the people the the PSPD is relying on for their illegal information. The bottom of the gay barrel are calling the shots and trying to destroy good people like myself and my boyfriend because we know the truth...and the truth is not far from surfacing!

And then we have ADA Johnson's minion, "Eva Braun" whom I'll call "Mal-Lory Les-Fond" also known as "LISA"....the bitch, the hateful gay man hating foul mouthed vulgar freak that is willing to do whatever the ADA's husband tells her because she has a vendetta against gay men that is legendary with the entire gay community. She's upset that gay men can be whom they are in Palm Springs and that she can't control them the way a dominatrix controls her sub-missives. She, through her mother's contacts, uses this system to hurt any and every person that I know and every gay man that won't let her be in the room to watch them fuck. She knows what all of the police officers look like naked and knows all of their dirty little secrets at home like whom is having marital problems, whom is a drinker and whom might be gay....she uses this leverage to keep her safe and keep her from being busted with drugs. She allegedly stalked Sheree Frey and her brother and then followed me as soon as she saw whom I was. I have known her for years and my family knows hers. I can't believe that her mother and her sister would even attempt to hurt my family any further knowing my family's history yet they have protected her from harm by lying for her for the last three years... She is allegedly a huge player in the mortgage fraud case and has been stalking me for years as officers of the PSPD know from the hundreds of calls and conversations that she had with them trying to have me arrested to keep me from helping the Freys rid themselves of the Johnsons for good.

I know I have the support of Dr. Allan Frey, his wife, his son and daughter, my boyfriend, his family, my two best friends, and Dr. John Hall. I also have the support of people like Erin Brockovich, Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale, and a lot of other very prominent and powerful people...What the Johnsons have done here and in Fort Lauderdale, San Antonio and San Francisco is effectively targeted gay communities because they feel that we won't get the support of the general population.

BIG MISTAKE....you can't turn Palm Springs into middle America Conservative Bible Belt because Palm Spring is like Los Angeles East....without the gay community and gay financing THERE IS NO PALM SPRINGS. Sonny Bono, our former mayor was not the biggest supporter of gay rights but he realized one very important thing....Palm Springs was built on money by people like Liberace, Vivian Vance, Rock Hudson, Tab Hunter and other legends of entertainment....gay and otherwise....ADA Johnson your political aspirations to turn Palm Springs into Orange County will fall short...I will never allow you to run for office or support a candidate for office that will ever win an election here!!!! Whomever you support will be defeated and I will use every resource at my command to keep you from turning Palm Springs into a haven for the 4th Reich and your horrible system of human experimentation and torture.

I was once his best friend and pretty much thought he was one of the nicest people you could ever meet, but his sister and he are poisoning the entire gay community. What kind of a best friend would let his sister and her friends completely destroy his best friend right in front of his eyes and not even bother to explain what was going on? From that point forward his sister made me homeless, cost me my job, stole everything that I owned, destroyed my credit and credibility and watched while her friends drugged and raped me at her brother's home.

They used their connections at the Palm Springs Police Department to have me thrown in jail 6 times and give me a trumped up criminal record that to this day keeps me from being employed in a career best suited for me.

They did this to Steven's first boyfriend, Steve Cornelison too...same thing...and all Steven could say was that he went crazy....Steve Cornelison is a cool guy with everything going for him. Steven's second boyfriend, Jackson, was lucky enough to survive his experience and they told him about his harassment, but keeps his mouth shut because he doesn't give a damn about whom else Steven and his sister hurt. Steven's choice of people he tells about this torture is ridiculous...I WAS his best friend...never hurt him....and he kept silent and even lied to my father about it...

The worst part is that I am still being harassed by his sister and her drug addicted friends and he still doesn't have the fucking balls to tell me the truth...what a total dick!

Dear Deputy District Attorney Lunak,

As the informant in the above mentioned case I need to call your attention to several situations that have arisen with regards to this defendant and his family. As I am certain, you are already aware that this defendant was convicted in a misdemeanor case INM 188525 of PC 635 M (A) “making threatening calls” to wit I was sent a text message that read “u r a deadman”. Since that conviction I have been stalked relentlessly by this defendant’s sister and her friends either at the direction of this defendant or on her own. The nature of this current case and the conviction for this death threat has caused me to fear for my life and the lives of my friends and loved ones. The defendant’s family is inextricably tied to microwave harassment technology which is used both in the Joshua Tree area, where the defendant’s family bought a home close to my parent’s home, and in the Cathedral City Canyon where the defendant owns another home where this harassment is conducted. His family employs five individuals in the Joshua Tree area: Chris Johnson, Leah Fountleroy, Christopher Torvik, a man known only as Edgar Joseph and a long time family friend known only as Stephanie that have used this technology to attack and harass me for the better part of four years. In the Cathedral Canyon area two individuals, Kenneth Frank and Rafe Gardener, man the controls of a second home that is used to attack and harass me. This microwave harassment is highly illegal, invasive and a clear violation of my restraining order against this defendant. It is tantamount to an all day all night phone call that invades my privacy and destroys my health on a daily basis.

A simple check of these individuals would show that not one of them has a taxable income for the past 4 years and not one of them is currently able to rent these homes on their own. None of them do anything more than conduct illegal surveillance for this family that is a clear violation of my civil rights and a violation of my restraining order.

Additionally this family employs others in the Palm Springs area that conduct this illegal surveillance: Peter DiMartino (whom the defendant has mentioned in several text messages to me), Scott, a realtor used to purchase property for this family, Nathan, a long time friend of Steven’s and a few others. All of these individuals are guilty of conducting illegal microwave surveillance and harassment throughout the entire city that has been keeping this defendant’s drug dealing safe for the better part of eight years.

I am not the only person that would support the existence of this family’s intrusion into private homes and lives. Enclosed you will find two other accounts by Robert Stansfield and Jefferey Brandriff, both of whom have had contact with this defendant and have had their lives turned upside down because this defendant’s family has conducted illegal surveillance of their private homes. Both of these men are virtual strangers to myself, but contacted me via my blog at www.h8lisa.blogspot.com. Their stories are eerily similar to my own and we are connected by our experiences. These are NOT the only two men that have contacted me about their harassment and all of the victims share one similarity, Steven Scott Frey.

I am also aware of another situation that is related to this case. When this defendant was arrested, law enforcement only found a small portion of the Frey Family drug supply. Steven, with his sister Sheree, have stockpiled a lot more methamphetamine, GHB precursors (purchased with their own mother’s credit card) and stolen property that is located in a storage unit rented by another Frey Family friend, Barbara Wojzchek, located at Public Storage, 1000 S. Gene Autry in Palm Springs, California. How do I know this? I have been there. Virtually everything that I owned was stolen and put into storage there by this defendant and his sister. There is a safe there with literally pounds of methamphetamine and gallons of GHB precursors.

The Public Storage facility has video cameras at the entrance and down both aisles that can show the comings and goings of Sheree and Steven Frey and their family’s employees. The unit also contains some of the equipment used to conduct this illegal surveillance as well as stolen property amassed by this defendant and his sister over the past eight years.

This information should have been provided to the District Attorney long ago when this defendant was arrested and has been provided to law enforcement including the PSPD and the CVNTF over the past eight months but, as usual, because of this family’s clandestine relationship with the law enforcement nothing has happened. Also the unit is not listed under the family’s name….an alias is used to rent the unit, but Frey Family money pays for it’s use.

I am also enclosing two other items that prove that this defendant is stalking me through his family. The first is a postcard depicting my face being punched out that was used to advertise a gallery show in Palm Springs and the second is a flyer that was posted all over my apartment complex; something that the defendant nor his sister would have known except for the fact that they use microwave surveillance to find out where I live an harass me. Both of these have been given to local law enforcement but because it was Steven, nothing was done! Again!

I would also like to add that this defendant was once a suspect in my sexual assault at his home, that has now been clandestinely covered up because his family is protected by this police department. A bloody Coke bottle used at the rape was never even looked for but since it didn’t leave any DNA behind, this defendant got away with it. I plan to challenge the PSPD’s investigation in the very near future. There are endless questions as to how they proceeded and what the findings were, all because this defendant’s last name is Frey.

My family and I fear for our lives because of this defendant and his sister. We have every reason to believe he is a danger to our safety.

Today I was burned by Sheree's friends who have been told by Sheree to do "everything you can think of to keep his mouth shut". Microwave burning is alot like being stuck inside of a microwave oven and left to cook while Sheree's friends sit there and laugh while you catch fire. Another friend that I have been talking to has been experiencing the same thing at the hands of Peter the Masochist DiMartino...supposed Public Services Director for the Desert AIDS Project...he's a fucking nightmare. Here's an interesting tidbit...it is amazing that all of Steven's exboyfriends go crazy after spending time with Steven...It's no wonder with a sister and her friends like that...if they don't like you they throw you in jail and call it burglary....This one looks just like my case...only Steve Cornelison spent a year in jail for this....If you will notice on the second page there is an order from the court not to have any negative contact with "Stephen Frey" I am starting to see a pattern here that smells like Sheree Frey. I wonder how Jackson managed to escape without being arrested...well...he should say something before he gets himself in trouble...this is a crime and those who keep quiet are criminals!

Steven...show your attorney THIS email I received from one of your former customers and tell me that I am crazy...this is another victim of your sister and her friends:

HI (I DON'T KNOW YOUR FIRST NAME) I thought about what to write to you and I am a bit perplexed because I have a completely different theory about what has caused my personal experiences with electronic harassment, etc. (who's behind it all). I know nothing about the Freys or 'Lisa' other than Dr. Frey was the person who confirmed that artificial hearing via microwaves was possible in 1962. Steve Frey(e) was a former supplier of a certain substance to me, but I thought his last name was spelled 'Freye'. My personal theory is that the electronic harassment originates from a not very well known branch of our military called PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS (Psyops), which is composed of members from the Air Force and the Army and gets Psyops training at Fort Bragg N.C. Psyops units have been domestically deployed in 'counterdrug operations' despite a ban on such via presidential order (E.O.# 12333). This means they are on loan to the narcs (Law Enforcement Agencies....'LEAs'), supposedly to be selectively used on drug gangs and drug distribution, manufacture, etc. I do have some documentation from narc sources that says this. This purpose area of Psyops usage does not include legitimate use on individual drug users, however, when you have a secretively performed thing that the military does, with a ton of money to spend as they wish and all the state of the art electronic surveillance and communication technology they could ever want, they do as they please...to hell with the rules or laws or the lives they ruin in the process. I also believe that they are focusing their efforts on the gay community for this Psyops crap because we are easy targets, considered expendable and it satisfies homophobic inclinations to do so anyway. They also are believed to be using us as training slaves, so to speak, to train their own personnel, LEA personnel, etc. They are also using us as training targets for implementation of a not secret, but unknown to everybody, federal program called the Technology Transfer Program (TTF), which is a program in which the super high tech weaponry, surveillance and communication technology, etc., of the US Military is being transferred into civilian LEA hands. The TTF requires that the LEA recipients of this high tech stuff be fully trained in the usage of the gizmos before they get full title to it...and that's where expendable homos come in.. The Coachella Valley is a test bed for this Psyops shit and a perfect test market for their tactics and technology...plenty of drug using homos and geographical isolation...and they perform training of personnel whilst doing it. I believe that we are first identified as a drug (meth) user via remote sensing and then our brains are scanned via a remote sensing technology to obtain what is known as a 'brainwave fingerprint'. Once you are brainwave fingerprinted (the scanning process produces a weird and prolonged sound that I thought sounded like an 'electronic mosquito'.....ever hear this?) it serves as a manner to identify you (no two brainwave fingerprints are the same, they are as unique as your hand fingerprints) and a way of automatically tracking you via permanently imposed lock-onto-target tracking technology, which is done by Military satellites. The Psyops communication...electronic harassment...is believed to also be delivered via satellite directly into our heads. I believe that it is done via satellite because the Psyops electronic harassment goes wherever I do, automatically, and it does so whether or not I am in range of a cellphone tower or not or have my cell phone with me or not. I have reason to believe that the Pyops personnel that are doing this to me and you are doing it from a regional 'war on drugs' facility called 'LA CLEAR', located on Slauson Avenue in the city of Commerce CA. The local franchise of this madness is the Coachella Valley Narcotic Task Force, led by a madman named Fred Fierro, a person who threatened to kill me last fall. Why the death threat.?...I called him on the phone and asked him to knock if off, cease and desist with the harasssment. Whoops, silly me.

The Psyop tactics are always very similar....very manipulative methodology designed to make you do certain things for them (mind control) and the end goal of all of their shit is to get you to commit suicide. I know of one gay man that committed suicide not very long after hearing that dreaded electronic mosquito noise. The Psyops crew almost always consists of three individuals that work in three shifts (9 per day).....for me it is always an obnoxious and cruel woman and her two vile male counterparts who make mostly very negative comments on everything I do, repeat every word I think of... or speak... or write. They claim to know everything about anything and one of their favorite tactics is to feign knowledge of whatever the Cops are doing in your regard or whatever they think of you. According to them, the cops are always going to bust your door down, etc. They always feign an omnipresent knowledge of you and everything else....as if.... One key to their methodology is FEAR...creating it, exploiting it, manipulating it...because fear is a very motivating thing that makes us think outside of rational bounds....another of their goals...and fear makes us do stupid things that get us into trouble, ruins our lives, isolates us and keeps us on a treadmill, so to speak, like hamsters in a cage...an electronic cage. Their absolute favorite thing is to 'delusion' you, which is skillfully providing false and misleading information to you to make you seem like a nut or a fool and to take you down the 'garden path'', which never leads to anything of real substance. They started doing this crap to me in late 2002.

I am willing to listen to whatever you think is going on....I'm not some sort of arrogant know-it-all who can't consider alternative viewpoints on stuff. My theories in these matters have come about because of a copious ammount of research I have done in the past eight years of hell on earth. I have been truly amazed by the stuff I have dug up or pieced together from internet resources almost exclusively. I'll be glad to share it with you or anybody else. We should meet and spend a couple hours talking. I would get a better idea on where you are comming from and visa versa. You are welcome to come over to my place near DHS if you like.

Steven today I had a major breakthrough with another of your sister and Peter DiMartino's victims....I won't reprint the email here to keep his anonymity but I have the email saved and won't give it to anyone but your attorney although I have sent it to the proper investigative authorities that will...as always, sit on their fat asses and do very little....this person and I had not met until today and what he had to report was utterly filthy....he, like myself and Gary and so many others had to commit ourselves to find out that we were completely sane. You sister and her friends threaten him, tell him the most hideous things, and once again he has a connection to YOU. You have to tell the authorities the truth because this is starting to make YOU look like the guilty culprit even though I know it is all your evil sister! I kid you not, this man is credible, attractive and harassed now for the better part of four years. He is already in contact with Dr. Hall and I will have him ready to tell everyone what your sister has put him through too.

Dear Deputy District Attorney Lunak,

I am writing you this letter in the interest of justice for this defendant. Let me give you a brief history of my relationship with this defendant and I assure you that it is completely germane to the issues set forth in the complaint filed as INF 065697 as well as the trier of fact.

I have known this defendant for the better part of 6 years and in this time some very strange incidents occurred that would prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that this defendant was used by the Palm Springs Police Department as a protected informant of sorts. Strangely enough it was done without his permission and through a clandestine relationship between his sister, a woman I only know as Barbara, and certain officers of the Palm Springs Police Department. It would seem, at first blush, odd, that law enforcement would enlist the services of a drug dealer to turn in other local dealers and even more odd that they would do so without his consent or permission, but that is exactly what they did.

First, you must consider his family’s history. He is the son of infamous neuroscientist Allan “Don” Frey, a pioneer in the field of microwave hearing and surveillance. The term, “…the Frey effect” is coined for the scientific discovery that a human being can literally hear sound via directed microwave energy directly to the audio cortex of a human being. This technology was used, in a very sinister way, by the Russian government against the American Embassy in Moscow during the Cold War in an operation historically referred to as the Pandora Project. Microwave hearing and directed energy weaponry aimed directly at American employees to harm American intelligence gathering efforts in then Russia via a psycho acoustic attack. Since the Cold War this technology has come a very long way.

No longer does this technology simply radiate sound directly to the human brain without any type of physical interface between the target and the operator, science has developed a way to read the EEG signals of the target which can now be interpreted by a computer that learns the target’s weighted outputs to literally read that target’s mind. These computers can also use a target’s eyes like a video camera. The technology is all over the scientific community. A simple look at the video gaming world will show you that the human mind is now controlling game play, but that is secondary to what this defendant’s own family and this police department used him for. For simplicity’s sake I would liken Steven’s brain to a wireless computer hooked into a neural network that provided the Palm Springs Police Department with information that they could otherwise have never known.

With a very brief understanding of this technology, please realize the advantage that the Palm Springs Police Department could gained through this defendant’s own eyes and ears. A drug dealer with a good personality and excellent connections could easily expose to the operators of this system all of the Palm Springs gay drug community and that is exactly what they did. Who would use Steven in this way? Sadly, his own sister Sheree Frey, is at the controls of this neural network. Even more unfortunate is the fact that Steven wasn’t the only target used in this illegal surveillance game. Once Steven made a connection with anyone involved in the drug game, his contact was then targeted and used to provide even more information to the police department.

The benefit to the Palm Springs Police Department is clear. They improve their drug arrest record without any type of investigation or probable cause, they simply arrest on the information that Sheree Frey and her employee/friends provide to the police department through their own observation and illegal live surveillance. Obviously this tip information is a clear violation of all civil and human rights provisions and the arrests are the fruits of a very poisoned vine.

The benefit to the operators of this system is not so clear but just as simple. Sheree Frey and her/employee friends are extended the right to traffic their own methamphetamine and GHB to the community at large without fear of being arrested. This is a very clandestine and sophisticated racketeering scam that is borne of Cold War technology and updated to involve corrupt police officers and a major drug trafficker, that is, Sheree Frey. I will state here, that I am also one of the targeted individuals that has been used by this family to provide information against my own will. I would testify, in court, to this fact.

The next issue I would like to address is how I know that the Police Department allowed Steven to sell these narcotics. There are many instances that I can choose from but I will relate only a few:

First, I was once in Steven’s home at 2915 E. Baristo Road, a guest house located behind the main residence. For some reason the police were called to remove me from the residence. I would contend, that Sheree, didn’t want me there. Two officers showed up at the door, came into the residence where a water pipe, a large bag of methamphetamine, and smoke filled the entire room. The officers entered the residence, saw the drug supply and did nothing. I was asked to leave and nothing further came of the incident. Steven wasn’t talked to about the drugs nor was he arrested for the incident.

Second, and only after being harassed for years by this technology, myself and a friend, Christopher Monti, also a target of Sheree Frey, on May 5, 2008 at 1:00pm went into the Palm Springs Police Department to sign up as informants to have Steven busted for methamphetamine trafficking. I had already received one death threat via text message from Steven Frey’s phone number that read, “Now I know why there is a bullet hole in your car door, too bad they missed” and now feared for my life. I DO NOT believe that this message was sent from Steven, but would contend that his sister, or one of her friends, sent it to me as a warning using what is called phone “spoofing” technology. Phone spoofing is easily explained as a person that uses technology that copies the phone number of an individual’s phone and sends it to another phone so that it would appear that the receiver, in this case myself, would believe that it was sent from Steven. (I have saved and documented some 50 or so messages that I believe that his sister sent to me via this type of spoofing; some specifically state that, “This is Steven’s sister…”, using his phone number).

At that May 5, 2009 meeting, I personally provided the name, phone number and address of a man known only as “Roland” whom I knew, was Steven’s contact and supplier for methamphetamine and other drugs out of the Chino Hills area. I got the number from Steven’s own phone and knew first hand that this was his contact. Oddly, the police weren’t interested in this information in the least. Christopher and I set up the buy and Chris entered the premises where he saw the methamphetamine and was asked to return later to buy an amount from Steven. The police then, for some unknown reason, soured on the deal and for a year and a half Steven continued to buy drugs from Roland and deal from his home on Baristo only a quarter of a mile from police headquarters. It was obvious to both Christopher and I that the police were clearly protecting Steven. What type of narcotic’s officer would refuse the name, address and phone number of the supplier of a known drug dealer? It is my understanding that Sheree Frey was purchasing from the same supplier through her brother and investigating “Roland” would effectively cut off her supply as well as Steven’s.

Fearing for my life and my family’s safety, I filed for a restraining order because I was sent another “spoofed text” message that stated, “U r a deadman”. Steven plead guilty to this threat but I now believe that he was innocent of this crime, once again it was a message sent from his sister’s friends. I have filed for an investigation as to the origin of these text messages with both Verizon Wireless and the Federal Communications Commission. Factually, Steven’s cell phone can’t be in two places at once and if they should find that the messages originated from a cell tower other than one that his personal phone was connected to, then Steven could be exonerated from this conviction. To be honest, I don’t think that Steven could explain how this text could have come from his phone so he had no other choice but to plead guilty. As, I have informed you in the past, I can not, with clear conscious, witness the guilty plea of an innocent man.

Bolstering my claims that Steven was allowed to sell drug in exchange for his sister’s illegal tip information would be the 200 or more Crime Buster tips that I, myself, submitted under their case number 509401, something only known to myself. Every time I would update my case the Crime Buster organization would fax a report to the PSPD. Fax transmission reports and case updated from this organization would prove that I submitted these tips that for two years went completely unnoticed by the PSPD. The Palm Spring Police Department, with only one single anonymous tip from a payphone in Cathedral City was able to enter the private room of celebrity, Robert Downey, Jr. and arrest him, and 200 tips couldn’t even have Steven’s home searched? Though the police, through an Officer Campbell, told me that they had, in fact, searched Steven’s premises (without a warrant?)!

After I received the spoofed death threat, I was awarded the restraining order from the court, and was told that an arrest warrant was issued for Steven’s arrest. Once again I was shown, by the Palm Springs Police Department that Steven was untouchable when a tire was flattened on my car while staying at a local Motel 6. I called the police and had both the arrest warrant and the restraining order. I showed the police on two separate occasions that my tire was flattened and a note was left on my car, the note said it was from Steven. I showed the police my restraining order and the arrest warrant and nothing, again, was done.

Fearing for my life, I continued to call the police department for protection, after all I had been used as an informant and was the victim of a death threat, for that I was called into the police station by two officers; Dougherty and Villegas. Instead of what I thought would be an offer of protection, I was shown a list of fear driven calls I had made to the police hoping to have this situation resolved. Shocked, I was threatened not to call the police chief or to say anything about Steven again or I would be arrested! How was I supposed to enforce a court order against a man that had an arrest warrant for a death threat, without being able to call the police? The thanks I got for trying to assist the police was a threat of arrest!

The last issue I want to bring up is this. I was, indeed, sexually assaulted at the home rented by Steven Scott Frey. Steven has an alibi because he took a friend to the airport on the morning of the rape. I awoke bloody, beaten and would later find out, infected with hepatitis c. Without going into the specifics of that case, I would contend that after preliminary testing of bloody clothing, Steven and a man known as Peter DiMartino, were brought in for DNA testing. This would indicate to anyone that after the police had done 8 months of preliminary testing that they had suspects. If they didn’t., why then would they have tested anyone. I have also seen the preliminary report which mentioned semen in the blood on the jeans.

The bloody clothing was once again sent in for more testing along with the suspect’s samples and now, another 8 months later, the police contend that all of the blood and DNA on the jeans, including the semen, is MINE? The police NEVER went to the crime scene, the police lied about my initial interview and their investigation, and two full years later, as a victim of a violent sexual assault, I am left with more questions than answers; and a deadly disease.

An easy explanation for this situation is this. Steven left to take his friend to the airport that morning. Sheree Frey’s friends, used this technology to discover that I was at Steven’s home alone. Three men, whom I will allege are Peter DiMartino, Christian “Chris” Johnson, and a man known only as “Edgar Joseph” came over to the residence, beat me, sexually assaulted me, and infected me. I told the police that the instrument used in the rape was a Coke bottle that I saw at the crime scene; I would contend that a Coke bottle leaves no DNA, so an investigation should not rest on DNA alone.

The rape scenario I describe above is detailed in a similar scenario in Dr. John Hall’s book, “A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America” when his then girlfriend “Mallory” was repeatedly raped by the operators of the same type of surveillance system used in the San Antonio area of Texas. The Frey’s have also spent considerable time in this area and the appearance of this technology there is circumstantial but very suspicious.

What the police told Steven at his DNA testing interview should be investigated. I was told point blank by a Sgt. Reyes that, “we’re gonna get these guys”. (Not “we’re gonna get this guy singularly, but “these guys” which would also indicate more than one sample of DNA on the pre-tested jeans) The lack of investigation, I believe, was once again to protect Steven, however, in this case Steven wasn’t involved and all they did was protect three men that are notorious in the gay community for drug rapes. I have interviewed and talked to more than one person that has talked to the police about this phenomenon without any result. My efforts to inform the community received slanderous remarks on news reports from a Sgt. Spike, of the PSPD that claimed I have, “mental issues”. This comment was made on the KESQ broadcast and on the KESQ website, while DNA testing was still being done. I was simply trying to inform the gay community of this crime and hoping to protect others during the local White Party, and such a harsh response by the police department speaks volumes. I would also add that Sgt. Spike has never met me and that he is not a medical doctor and should never make a medical finding so public about a rape victim.

Steven aside, would a female victim of rape have been treated this way and would a male victim of rape been treated differently if the attack hadn’t happened in this defendant’s home?

I support Steven Scott Frey. I know what this police department did for him then to him. There is a much greater problem going on here than that of a simple drug dealer arrested for sales. Steven’s sister is blatantly targeting the gay community with illegal and dangerous microwave weaponry developed and financially supported by Steven’s family. Steven was a pawn, I am a pawn, but the community is being experimented on without fear of arrest by a dirty police department that needs to be investigated from the bottom up.

Again this department is being deluged with tips about Sheree Frey’s drug dealing, manufacturing and racketeering. The district attorney would be well informed to ask what is being done to investigate these claims? She and her friends are involved with child molestation, child pornography, receiving stolen goods and drug trafficking as well as the civil and human rights I have detailed in this letter. I am including a letter by Anthony Dabiere that will show you the kind of information I am talking about with regards to Sheree’s friend Kendrick Davis and child pornography and you can decide for yourself if the information he is supplying is investigation worthy.

Sheree Frey has many legal aliases to wit she has used the names: Sheree B. Frey, Sheree Bullent, Bullent Soycok, Sheree Bullent Soycok, Sheree B. Schneider, Sheree Beth Soycok and others; all of which are discoverable using a property report easily obtained from the internet. Why in the world would a woman need so many aliases? Perhaps an investigation into mortgage fraud would suffice to clear up what this family is doing with both Steven and Sheree’s property tax situation.

Further I will allege that a simple check of Ms. Sheree Frey and her friend’s computers will show that they use a website called Adam4adam.com to further their racketeering and surveillance of the gay community by logging into member’s accounts that are not their own to lure men to places where they can more easily observe them and have police waiting out on the street to have them arrested when they leave. IP addresses for logins will show that Ms. Frey and her friends are fraudulently using this website to create arrests for the police department to protect her own drug trafficking.

I am a credentialed substitute teacher with the State of California and I am aware that Sheree’s 13 year old daughter is not enrolled in school and is not being educated because her mother spends all of her time running this sophisticated drug operation. This is simply child neglect and the situation needs to be remedied.

There is so much more information that I am willing to provide to counsel, both defense and prosecution with regards to Steve Cornelison, Jackson Velin, Gary Bowman, Christopher Monti, Anthony Dabiere, the half million dollars in federal tax liens and this technology, but only for the sake of the truth.

I leave you with this one question, if what I allege is not true, then why would I have spent so much time and effort to have Steven arrested only now to come to his aid with the truth? I haven’t spoken to Steven in years, we aren’t friendly and we don’t communicate. I am telling you this because so many gay men are suffering at the hands of this police department and his sister.

I am willing to talk with anyone, prosecution or defense, to bring a solution to this situation and a fair and just ending to Steven’s problems as well as the community’s.

Sheree Frey's money laundering service has been busier than a Chinese Laundry on crack. As the informant in Steven's case (which I did only to stop this electronic harassment, stop his sister from ruining his life and hopefully one day to be able to have a sexual encounter without having his sister and her friends destroy every moment) I am informing the District Attorney, Steven's attorney, the IRS, FBI, and I've already told the DEA.

You see Sheree, my friends and I don't really like you, we don't like your friends, we hate being harassed at your whim by the PSPD, and I didn't like being raped by your friends; all of which are completely understandable since you are the meanest person in America.

A mean spirited woman with an evil streak a mile long and a list of crimes that would make Charles Manson smile. Your family should be ashamed of you and your friends and the police department arrested the wrong Frey in my estimation.

To say that I wasn't raped at Steven's house by Steven is fine, I don't believe he was there...but to know that your friends did this to me and to go to such lengths to cover it up for them is soooooo wrong that it just shows me that they mean more to you than your own brother, whom you claim to love so much.

I know my sister would never bury me like this...if that's love, it comes at much to high a cost!

I myself have had my T-cell count drop from the high 900's to the mid 650's because of my 24 hour a day exposure. I moved out of Palm Springs and Sheree Frey and her mother's employees followed me everywhere I went. Yes, Lisa made a road trip just to keep me harassed!

Barbara Frey wrote an article about the dangers of this type of exposure to dangerous microwaves and the type of damage it can cause to the blood/brain barrier. She is aware that the type of exposure that her daughter and son put the victims of this harassment causes cancer.

My roommate, who regularly visited his doctor, recently was diagnosed with a brain tumor and passed away within a month. He was exposed to these dangerous microwaves because I was his roommate and directed energy weapons (supposedly non-lethal) were pointed at my house for over 3 years.

I was recently diagnosed with a basil cell carcinoma that I had removed...my first one. I have a history of cancer in my family and damn straight I am furious that the Palm Springs Police Department would rather trade my life for illegal tip information to bust small time drug dealers while Sheree Frey sits in her little palace selling more drugs than anyone!?!?! What the hell is wrong with our police department?

If you are a victim of Lisa and the Freys then you are likely a rape victim like myself so even worse the PSPD would rather let a rapist run around infecting people so that his horrid sister can follow them around giving them God knows what else that her brother didn't give them when he assaulted them the first time.

TODAY IS A HALLMARK DAY FOR THE VICTIMS OF THE FREY FAMILY!!!!

This morning as I walked into an A.A. meeting I got the best news we've had so far!!!!

I received a phone call from the United States Attorney's Office in Los Angeles, Central District of California.

The Assistant United States Attorney on the phone informed me that she was forwarding my letter about this Frey Family, Sheree Frey, Steven Frey and all of their employees who have been harassing us using Barbara Frey's Neural Network and Verizon Wireless Systems. In that letter I described my own torture and the torture of Nicholas Edwards, Anthony Dabiere, and Christopher Monti. I explained in detail the corrupt officers of the Palm Springs Police Department and their role in assisting this family.

The Assistant United States Attorney assured me that she was forwarding my complaint to all of the appropriate federal authorities and to the Board of Police Review Commissions to look at what has and has not happened in my case.

(I assure you that there has been a lot of wrong doing with regards to my sexual assault and how it was handled for the last 20 plus months)

If you will notice this lien was mailed to Steven's former address and contains his Social Security Number (last 4 digits)....Steven you should give these to your attorney and let him know about the fraud. Great Scott should be in trouble for this as well...without power of attorney these properties should not have been purchased in your name.

This is another document of interest. Steven in the fiscal year of 2005 and in the same month of March there is a judgment on record (not shown but I do have it somewhere on this computer of an $18,000 credit card default) so you can add this to the $412,000 debt above plus interest and in that same year and month your name appears on a bond of notary public document for a $15,000 house payment for Jackson Velin...note the address on the notary document.

I did this to help you out Steven....the City Council and City attorney will be getting copies of all the documents...and the DEA is aware of the credit card payment for the GHB precursors on your mom's credit card as well as your parent's names and addresses. Did the Palm Springs Police Department make a deal with the devil aka Barbara Frey?

Word on the street and those, "in the know" is that Barbara Frey, without the endorsement of any law enforcement agency set up a very invasive and illegal neural network in the Coachella Valley.

While the Palm Springs Police Department as a whole did not want to use the information gained from illegally chipped and raped victims certain officers at the PSPD decided that it was okay to use the information anyway. Was it for personal profit? Was it for increased arrest records? Was it so that Barbara Frey could make clandestine contributions to police charities while her son was allowed to sell drugs and allegedly rape whomever he wanted without fear of being prosecuted? I was once assured by a high ranking officer from this department that they would NEVER use one drug dealer to turn in another.

Funny, it was only after Steven Frey moved away from his 1/4 mile home near the PSPD that he was arrested within one month of his move. Countless tips were given. Undercover informants were used. Private information about his supplier was given a YEAR prior to his arrest...BUT AS SOON AS HE MOVED TO ANOTHER JURISDICTION...BOOM HE GETS ARRESTED? Hmmmm.

Likewise it is interesting that Sheree Frey...aka Lisa...still lives less than one block from the PSPD headquarters with tons of stolen goods, lots of meth, and all of the equipment that is used to electronically harass the victims without being scathed.

Do you think this is a coincidence? HELL NO....it is paid for justice while the victims are tortured.

Word further on the street says that Lisa's police connection is Lieutenant Al Franz...her favorite arresting officer is Rae "Gay Hater" Fernandez....and a few others...usually rookies in training that look more perplexed than confident when Rae shows up and arrests someone Lisa doesn't like (usually someone that doesn't want to sleep with her brother) with the most illegal tips imaginable.

It has come to our attention that Lisa's Electronic Harassment Service has a body count!

This is a sad sad sad thing for me to have to report.

1.) A recent (a year ago) hanging at tSave as Drafthe D.A.P. was reported as a suicide was caused by the emotional distress caused by the one and only Sheree Frey. She wanted her brother to meet the now deceased boyfriend, a man named David B., a former porn star and former friend of mine. Lisa (Sheree Frey, using her own voice and that of Leah and Christian Johnson's drove this person to commit suicide while other operators watched and did nothing)(sound familiar?)

2.) Another friend of mine, Tim, boyfriend of my friend Brett, living at 1020 N. Avenida Caballeros also complained to me of hearing voices then later committed suicide by hanging while Lisa and her team of voice murderers drove him to hang himself at the guest room of Brett's home while Brett looked on....Horrid...I am so sorry Bret, I know you loved him and miss him terribly. This is also the home where Sheree's home invasion service came over and held my friend Brett at gunpoint after Tim's death....YOU ARE ONE HEARTLESS BITCH SHEREE FREY!

3.) An alleged overdose/murder at 1225 Sunny Dunes, the former home of Steven Scott Frey...see this link.

Was it an overdose or was it a homocide???

I am worried about Christopher...I know Sheree would love to drive him to suicide...if you see Christopher, if he is anywhere to be found tell him his best friend is worried about him and that his mom and I are both doing our best to destroy Sheree Frey...

In an effort to help my own investigators from the Police Complaint Center and Dr. Hall who is working with us to expose the Freys and Lisa (Sheree Frey) for the evil that she and her friends do...I operated my own sting operation this last week and AS USUAL, Sheree, Barbara Wojchek, Leahfountlefuckup, Christian Tor-duh-ick and Christian I-think-with-my-Johnson took the bait, fed it to the Palm Springs Police Department who took the bait hook, line and sinker.

You see Sheree Frey and her friends look into your bedroom and listen to your conversations so, I set up a fake drug buy with a friend of mine online just to see if the PSPD was still trying to harass me...and boy did they fall for it.

I would suggest to any of my friends to do the same thing....talk to a friend about buying some drugs someplace....fill some baggies up with sugar if you want...then walk down the street and see whom Barbara Wojzchek will send your direction to arrest you. When the cop stops you be sure to note the time, date, badge number and ask they what their probable cause to stop you was....then let them know that this is police harassment sustained by their department through illegal tip information.

Let the PSPD know you won't put up with their lack of police work in the future and tell them that police, NOT PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS, should be conducting police work!

Where are the Gay and Lesbian Police Officers in Palm Springs

Let me preface all of this with this...I am extremely close with the entire United States Marshal office in San Diego and my very closest friend Kenny Davenport is a 6'6" canine officer in San Diego...I don't hate police officers at all...I just can't stand police officers that show preference to a worthless torture laden drug dealer like Sheree Frey over honest hard working gay men like myself.

Part of the biggest or should I say biggot problem that the victims of Sheree Frey (Lisa) and her horrid friends have is that the Palm Springs Police Department have problem with gay people. In a town with a gay mayor and a huge gay population where the fuck are the gay police officers? I used to live in San Diego and I personally know several gay police officers; that police department actively seeks out gay officers because they gay community demands that officers understand crimes against gay people.

If I am wrong Chief Dominguez, Al Franz or Sgt. Reyes...then ask yourselves behind closed doors how many people did Barbara Wojzchek through Sheree Frey turn in (let's for a second forget that how Sheree Frey and Barbie do this is highly illegal, immoral and medically unsafe) that weren't gay! Don't heterosexuals use drugs too....it sure looks to me and all of Sheree's targets that you are purposefully targeting the gay community....Might I remind you gentlemen that without the gay community and income in our fair city there would not be a Palm Springs and YOU WOULD NOT HAVE JOBS!

I myself was raped by two possibly three men and was verbally assaulted by the reporting officer who simply treated the crime like it simply couldn't happen. What kind of an officer taking a rape report would say, "...so what you are telling me is that they fucked your ass with a Coke bottle?" I'll tell you what kind...the kind that works under Lt. Al Franz and provide protection for Sheree Frey. This police department needs new blood...they need the old guard officers to retire and a new breed of officer with sensitivity and professionalism to be put into place...we need more Issac Hackerbarth and Randy Tackett and a whole lot less Rae Fernandez and Al Franz!!!!

The ultimate question is still if a woman had reported the rape the way that I did...with suspects, bloody clothing and evidence at a crime scene would this have been handled differently? You bet your asses it would have been!

Other police departments with large gay communities to protect have more than some worthless "Outreach" program. I attend gay event and I have never seen them outreach to anyone in Palm Springs. San Diego Officers march in Gay Pride Parades as a show of support to the gay community...the PSPD would probably show up in full body suits and medical masks rather than show support for the gay community...we wouldn't want them to be exposed to a crowd that has a high concentration of HIV. (I would remind the PSPD that they put a spit hood on me to transport me to the ICJ when they were informed by myself that I had HIV...forget the fact that it was for a trumped up charge that was dismissed in court for NO EVIDENCE and I posed absolutely no threat to them at all) Homophobic/Disease phobic and afraid that they will be exposed for their help of the Frey family...maybe the gay community should fear the police department more than the drug dealers.

I will be putting my support whomever decides to try to be the next Chief...because this one doesn't seem to care enough about the truth about his officers and his department.

I demand gay officers at the PSPD that don't have to fear for their jobs or getting the support that they deserve from the rest of the department...this is shameful!

Now that the Federal Authorities and the PSPD know the truth!

I'll take 3 Freys to go!

With the information that was provided via our investigators to the Los Angeles, Ventura County and Palm Springs F.B.I. not to mention the Coachella Valley Narcotics Task Force and the Colonel from the United States Marine Corps Base in 29 Palms, the entire Palm Springs City Council, The Police Complaint Center and the American Civil Liberties Union over the weekend it is just a matter of which Frey will turn in the other two.

Here's how it breaks down:

If Steven doesn't turn in his mother and sister for what they have done then he looks like the drug kingpin that set all of this up. He will look like he raped and implanted a lot of victims in the Palm Springs area and paid his sister in drugs and the money he made off of them

If Sheree doesn't turn in her mother and brother for what they know then she, being Lisa, the one that harassed everyone and paid all of the employees will look like she is the kingpin. Most of the operators of this system are long time friends of Sheree Frey.

If Barbara doesn't go to the authorities and tell them that her children used this technology without her knowledge the wrong way (which is sort of impossible because she pays for everything) then she will be charged federally for violating the Constitution of the United States and several world Human Rights Laws including the Geneva Convention which does not allow for human experimentation on an unsuspecting public

The employees of the Frey Family turn in the Freys for what they have done and explain that they were blackmailed into continuing their employment or be arrested by Lisa's Gestapo police force within the PSPD and all three Frey's go to jail.

If the PSPD officers that did things illegally for the Freys don't come forward then the Feds, who know what is going on, will come in and arrest them and blow the entire operation and they will go to jail right along with the Freys!

and here's the kicker...

None of these people do anything; the Feds, knowing full well what this family has developed and implimented, come in, identify the officers that provided policing for this illegal drug ring, arrest the Freys, destroy the system. All of the employees and the three Freys get life sentences and the employees do as well...nobody gets a deal for whistleblowing...

in any case, we, the victims, finally get justice.

Now let's see whom is the smartest.

Only one person gets a deal for whistleblowing; the rest take the fall in the biggest Civil Rights Violation case the United States of America has ever seen.

Invading my privacy without one small effort to stop what this family has done to my life while parading himself around as the savior for doing for himself what he refuses to do for anyone else because his net worth is more important than his fucking soul.
Sending me text messages from Steven Frey's phone.
Keeping Christopher and I apart so that he could help torture the both of us.
Overall just being a lazy piece of shit scumbag without one single shred of decency; as far as I am concerned you are still working for the Freys and good luck to ya! The Letter from the Asst. U. S. Attorney

I received a phone call from the United States Attorneys Office in the Central District of California, Los Angeles. The Assistant United States Attorney informed me that my letter with regards to the Freys and their illegal electronic harassment that I sent them back in March, 2009 was now going to be investigated by the F.B.I. and that she was also forwarding the complaint to the Police Review Commission to look at any wrong doing with regards to the PSPD's involvement with the Freys.

I used to work with the United States Attorney and I know that after this long and with a follow-up phone call from their offices that they are taking my claims VERY VERY SERIOUSLY! This is a rarity and an extremely harsh blow for Barbara, Sheree, Steven and Don Frey and all of their operators of their system that thought they would never get caught.

I have a feeling that the government has heard of Barbara Frey and her husband Allan Frey before. Illegally tapping into communications satellites and using Verizon relay stations is not just illegal it is the largest violation of civil rights I have ever heard of and I worked for 10 years in the federal court. Nothing even compares to it!

The FBI will be made aware of Barbara's networks in Ft. Lauderdale and San Antonio and, of course, here in Palm Springs. They will be made aware of the drug and pornography ring set up and protected by the PSPD and Sheree Frey as well as her brother Steven. Testimony as to this fact has already been provided by two witnesses. LISA is in big trouble...

The problem with the voices that you are hearing is that they do what I call "picking at a scab". They know what you fear, whom you love, and what hurts you the most emotionally.

You can't trust ANY OF THEM! They are all employees of the Frey Family and they will stop at nothing to discredit you, harm you financially, harm you physically and most of all harm you emotionally. I can't tell you the number of friends that have out and out betrayed me at the promise of wealth and comfort. To me this is a sell out. To those of you that sold me out and feel like you are a victim still, I have one thing to say, "Shame on you for not doing more to help a friend like me who only wanted to end this for you!" For my efforts I have been made homeless by friends I opened my door to (Mark) been hit in the face twice (Christopher), had two cars virtually destroyed, every friend lied to, been arrested 6 times without a conviction, been mailed and text messaged death threats...and yet I am still trying to help the victims.

True friends don't do Lisa's bidding and foresake another human being for gain or profit.

Better to die a martyr for what is right than to sell my soul to the Freys.

None of these operators that would want to help you would ever say "don't call Sgt. Reyes", or "don't talk about what is happening to you" or "rip down the posters that inform you about this blog" or "don't talk to FreeNick" or anything that would involve your own personal safety. Just remember they didn't get to operate this torture by having a soul or a caring heart.

I'm here to tell you that you should call the police when you are harassed and you should talk about what is going on with you.

If your electronic harassment was legal wouldn't the voices tell you to go ahead and do just that?

I get no help from any of these operators...NONE OF THEM...they are ALL SELFISH, SELF MOTIVATED AND SOULLESS.

I pay out of pocket for every poster, every book, every penny I can spare just to inform you the reader of this blog to help you because you deserve to know the truth. Never once has one of these operators said a kind word to me, given me a ride when I walked everywhere, given me a place to stay or food to eat or a dollar for my efforts...BECAUSE THEY ARE HEARTLESS.
